Not everything lasts forever, and we want to provide our customers with warranty information that will last longer than the parts we replace. We hope you never actually need to use your warranty with us, but if you do, we will stand behind it.
Integrity Overhead Door only uses the highest quality parts available for garage door repair, and we put a 5-year warranty on most repairs. It’s easy for us to place a warranty on our parts and workmanship since the parts we install on your door have a longer life span than what was originally installed.
Our labor also guarantees a warranty of 90-days from the time of service. If you notice that something we installed or repaired is still not working in this time, please reach out to us to find a solution at no charge to you. If we made recommendations however that you declined, we may issue a separate warranty information or statement that you acknowledged you didn’t move forward with our trained technicians recommended work. We also do not cover garage doors when the cables have been off, displaced, removed, or misaligned.
Manufacturer’s often issue their own warranty on new garage door installations. We warranty our labor on the installation through us for the 90-day period, and also defects in workmanship. Additionally, we’ll repair broken parts we’ve installed if it’s still under the manufacturer warranty.
Not Covered:
The warranty starts at the end of installation or service. If someone other than Integrity Overhead LLC works or repairs a part installed by us, the warranty will be void. Our warranties are non-transferable and only issued to the person(s) who bought the garage door or service. The warranty is void if the person who has the warranty no longer owns or sold the garage door installed or repaired.
We do not warranty any damage caused to the garage door or opener due to neglect, misuse, abuse, Acts of God and civil disturbance.
